I spent November 2015 discovering Indonesia and its thousands of islands. Late night ferry boat crossings, early morning rice cakes, and discovering my now-favorite dish, Ikan Bakar and samba sauce.
Abu Dhabi was blurred with hazy sunsets, spices, towering buildings and finesse in architecture and flavours.
In what was probably the most nostalgic moment of my Bali trip, I discovered Clear Cafe in the mountainous and spiritual Ubud. I felt at peace.
